 My Personalized Approach

to Your Health

Forget the one-size-fits-all programs. My 1:1 coaching is built around one simple idea: you and I, working together as a team. I'm here to make this journey feel simple, clear, and finally, successful.

Here’s a look at how we’ll get you feeling strong, lean and energized again:

  • A Simple Plan for Lasting Results

We'll start by creating a clear, simple roadmap that combines nutrition and movement. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about making small, steady changes that feel good and lead to real, lasting results.

  • Nutrition That Works for Your Real Life

This is where we take the guesswork and anxiety out of eating. I’ll teach you how to nourish your body with simple, science-backed principles that work with your lifestyle. You'll learn how to build balanced meals at home, and I'll give you the tools to navigate weekends, holidays, and vacations with confidence. The goal is to feel in control and enjoy your life—including birthday celebrations and dinner out with friends—without ever feeling like you've gone "off track."

  • Support You Can Count On, Every Day

You will never feel like you're doing this alone. I check in on your progress daily, and we have a dedicated check-in each week to celebrate your wins, make adjustments, and ensure you always have a clear path forward. I am your partner in this, every step of the way.

  • Building Confidence for the Long Haul

Beyond the food and fitness, we'll work on building the mindset and confidence you need to trust yourself again. The goal is for you to feel so empowered that you can carry these healthy habits forward for life.

This is more than just coaching; it's a partnership. I'm here to be your guide, your cheerleader, and the accountability you need to finally achieve the health and energy you deserve.

ABOut ME

You know how you can go through life feeling pretty good, and then one day you wake up and wonder, "Whose body is this?" That was me.

For years, I was active and never really had to think about my weight. But then, my late 40s and early 50s rolled around, and everything changed. It felt like I was gaining weight just by looking at food. My energy would completely disappear by mid-afternoon, and keeping up with my kids, my business, and my parents felt like an impossible task.

My clothes started getting tighter, and I just felt... awful. I remember standing in front of my closet, refusing to buy the next size up, again. I thought, "This can't be it. This can't be my new normal."

So, I did what I thought I was supposed to do. I tried to piece together a plan from articles I found online and workout videos on YouTube. I even tried jogging and joined a boot camp. But nothing seemed to touch that stubborn weight, especially around my middle. I felt so drained and defeated.

The turning point came in 2021. Our daughter was getting married, and all I could think about was how I wanted to feel on that day. I wanted to walk down the aisle feeling confident, dance without feeling self-conscious, and actually smile when I saw myself in the family photos.

That’s when I finally figured it out. It wasn't about another diet or a harder workout. I learned that there was a science to eating right for my age and my body, and it had nothing to do with restriction. It was about nourishing my body with the right food—plenty of good food, balanced the right way—and pairing it with simple strength training that actually made me feel stronger, not just tired.

And honestly? Everything changed.

By the time the wedding arrived, I had lost 15 pounds and 17 inches. But it was so much more than that. My energy was back. I felt strong. I felt like me again.

That experience was too powerful to keep to myself. I knew I had to share it. So, I became a certified coach to help other women navigate this same chapter of life.

Now, at 60, I feel more energized and stronger than I have in years. My joints don't ache, I'm sleeping better, and I finally have definition in my arms and legs. But the best part is the freedom—the freedom from thinking about food all the time and the confidence that comes from feeling truly good in your own skin.

This is what I want for you. It's not about a number on the scale; it's about the life you get to live.

"Your Fitness and Nutrition Goals Aren’t Always About the Weight You Lose. It’s about the life you gain."

Ready to Feel Like Yourself Again?

It’s time to stop feeling stuck and start seeing real, sustainable results. If you’re tired of programs that don’t work and ready for a personalized approach that finally does, I’m here to help.

Your journey starts with a simple conversation.

FrEQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

"I've tried so many diets. Honestly, why would this be any different?"

Because this isn't another diet. It's a partnership focused on un-learning the diet mentality. We're not going to cut out food groups or chase a quick fix that leaves you feeling defeated. Instead, we'll build a personalized plan using whole foods that you actually enjoy. My goal isn't to put you on a restrictive plan; it's to give you the tools and knowledge to feel free from them forever.

Will This Program Work for Me if I’m in menopause or postMenopause?

Yes. In fact, this approach is designed specifically for you. I don't use generic strategies meant for a 25-year-old. As a woman who has been through menopause myself, I specialize in the science of what our bodies need during this chapter. We'll focus on nutrition and exercise that supports your hormones and reignites your metabolism, instead of fighting against them.

What does '1:1 coaching' actually mean? What does the support look like?

It means you have me in your corner, every single day. It's the highest level of support I offer. I check on your progress daily, and we have a formal, in-depth check-in every single week to see what's working and what's not. You have access to me for questions and support, so you're never left feeling lost or alone. It's a true partnership where your plan is constantly tailored to you as you make progress.

"I'm so busy and tired. How much time will this take?"

This program is designed to fit into your real life, not take it over. The workouts are short and effective—around 30 minutes. The meal plans are built around simple, easy-to-prepare foods. My goal is to reduce your stress, not add to it. We'll work together to build a routine that gives you more energy and feels sustainable, even on your busiest days.

Do I have to track macros or count calories forever?

Absolutely not. Think of tracking macros as a short-term learning tool, like using a map in a new city. It helps you understand what your body needs and what a balanced plate looks like. The goal is always to get to a place of intuitive eating where you can make nourishing choices confidently, without needing to track anything. The goal is freedom, not restriction.
